How long does shipping take for complete bikes?
Complete bikes are professionally inspected and tuned before shipping. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and an additional 5-7 days for secure freight delivery.
What is your return policy on cycling apparel and gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, chamois shorts and socks must be unworn with tags attached.
Do my components come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all new components, frames, and wheelsets sold by Dialed Cycling Lab are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. We are happy to assist you with any warranty claims.
Do you offer international shipping for parts and accessories?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations in the near future.
How do I know which frame size is right for me?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide. If you are between sizes, we recommend contacting our lab experts for a personalized consultation based on your height and inseam.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Orders move quickly through our lab. You can modify or cancel an order within 2 hours of placement by contacting our support team via live chat or email.
